ST'ART
ST'ART finance par voie de prêts et de participation les PME culturelles et créatives.
ST’ART is an investment fund that offers financing solutions for players in the cultural and creative industries based in Wallonia and Brussels.
ST’ART provides direct funding to companies and supports the search for co-financing (investors and business angels, banks, crowdfunding, etc.).
ST’ART works to establish financing solutions that combine public and private investment.
As a partner, we place particular importance on the development of personal and professional networks, as well as on the financial structuring of the various cultural enterprises and institutions that place their trust in us.
Our target audience consists of micro, small, or medium-sized enterprises, regardless of their legal form.
- Be established or committed to establishing their registered office in Wallonia or Brussels;
- Employ fewer than 250 full-time staff;
- Have an annual turnover not exceeding 50 million euros and a balance sheet total of no more than 43 million euros;
- Meet the financial independence criterion (less than 25% of capital held by a large enterprise);
- Not be a company in financial difficulty;
- Present a viable and profitable investment plan;
- Be profitable without relying primarily on subsidies;
- Propose a project aimed at creating or developing activities that generate employment.
In addition to various loan options and equity investments in companies, ST’ART also launches a biannual call: the Prêt Culture (Culture Loan).
This loan is open to any cultural operator whose project aligns with the cultural policy of the Wallonia-Brussels Federation. It aims to support ambitious, large-scale projects that address current challenges, particularly in terms of audience engagement and digital transformation.
