Applicants must have completed the registration form, already have a well-thought-out business plan and financial plan, possess a VAT number and access to the profession (if applicable), offer sustainable food products aligned with the Good Food strategy (consideration for food waste, choice of local suppliers, product quality, homemade preparation, etc.), and present an original and innovative restaurant project.
