The programme offers personalised coaching, expert consultancy and practical workshops on entrepreneurship, strategy, marketing, finance, intellectual property, internationalisation and pitching.
Above all, Greenlab is a full immersion in the challenges of the circular economy, helping you anchor your project in a sustainable and future-oriented entrepreneurial dynamic.
You are ready for the Greenlab adventure if:
- You are developing a project in industrial production (product or service) and are committed to integrating circular economy principles
- You intend to grow this project in the Brussels-Capital Region, creating value, opportunities or jobs
- Your solution is at the testing stage, according to the MatMax matrix: CRL2–CRL4 (validated idea, first experimental tests) and TRL4–TRL7 (proof of concept achieved and nearly ready for manufacturing)
- You are prepared to commit to the programme: attending collective training sessions, individual coaching, events and actively developing your project
- You are motivated, curious and open to feedback

This free acceleration programme is open to all project leaders with a prototype (ready or nearly ready to be tested) in the industrial production sector, who are committed to integrating the principles of the circular economy.
Greenlab is a fully funded, four-month intensive programme designed to help you structure, test and launch your Brussels-based impact project:
- Group sessions covering the fundamentals of entrepreneurship (business plan, financial plan, roadmap, …)
- Individual coaching tailored to your specific challenges
- Personalised mentoring with a company from the sector (experience and networking)
- Free access to the coworking space at the Greenbizz incubator throughout the programme
- Integration into our Circlemade cluster and the Brussels circular production ecosystem.
After four months, you will have a solid business and financial plan to present to investors… and be ready to launch!
