The aim of the Debt Mediation Service of the CPAS/OCMW of Brussels-City is to help over-indebted individuals find solutions to repay their debts while maintaining a decent standard of living. It provides individual support for people facing over-indebtedness and/or budgeting issues.

Specifically, the service has set up a Self-Employed Unit to provide support for self-employed individuals who contact the CPAS/OCMW.

Who can benefit from these services?

The service is accessible to any self-employed person in difficulty residing in the municipality of Brussels-City.
