The Professional Waste Facilitator is a support and guidance service for producers of non-household waste (companies, shops, municipalities, schools, sports clubs, etc.).

It offers free support for professionals:

A helpdesk answers all your questions by email, provides examples of good practices, and directs professionals to the right tools and experts according to their needs.
Free information sessions and training are organized regularly throughout the year.
A free personalized assessment can be carried out for your organization. You will receive concrete action recommendations and tailored advice to implement effective waste sorting, optimize waste management, and/or reduce the amount of waste produced.

Any organization with a site in the Brussels-Capital Region can contact the Professional Waste Facilitator.

Criteria for enjoying these services

To benefit from this free service, organizations must be subject to professional waste sorting obligations in the Brussels-Capital Region.
