Need an answer right away ? Just dial the number 1819 (local call rate). Our advisors are available every working day, from 9 am to 1 pm, and on Tuesday from 4 p.m to 6 p.m. Are you having problems contacting us via the 1819 number? Calling from abroad? Please dial +32 2 586 18 19 instead.

Do you prefer a personal contact ? The physical information point is open from Monday to Wednesday from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m (no appointment required).
