Company parks - scientific parks

One of the missions of Citydev.brussels, a para-regional public institution, focuses on infrastructure for companies : specifically, industrial parks, scientific parks, centres for SMES, and buildings for companies. These are located within over forty economic activity sites located (FR) in the Brussels-Capital Region.

Setting up in these business parks or these areas is subject to a series of strict conditions in terms of activity, current or future employment density, entrepreneurship, research, and development.

In principle, land use is established according to an emphyteutic lease. In some cases, the sale of land is possible subject to a series of specific conditions, such as the hire-purchase scheme.

In addition, citydev.brussels has an online database, www.inventimmo.be (FR), which provides an inventory of the property market for companies in the Brussels Capital Region.
