Registry of the Enterprise Court

The Registry of the Enterprise Court offers various services regarding the administrative obligations of companies and non-profit organizations.

Registry of Roles and Insolvency

The Registry of Roles and Insolvency is responsible for issuing copies or official extracts of judgments, registering claims in bankruptcy cases, scheduling cases on the court docket and collecting fees, recording bankruptcy declarations, and issuing certificates of non-bankruptcy and non-appeal.
It is located at Boulevard de Waterloo 70, 1000 Brussels.
The registry is open to the public on weekdays from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM and from 1:30 PM to 4:00 PM.

Registry of Legal Entities and Non-Profit Organizations

The Registry of Legal Entities and ASBLs is responsible for receiving deeds and extracts of deeds to be published in the annexes of the Belgian Official Gazette.
It is located at Avenue du Pont de Luttre 74, 1190 Forest.
The registry is open to the public in the morning from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM and in the afternoon only for file consultation from 1:30 PM to 4:00 PM.
