What is it about?
The workshop is organized in two parts to give you the tools you need to set up your business project:

a half-day to help you draw up a business plan using the BMC (business model canvas) tool

the other half-day to help you draw up your financial plan
This is a group workshop, so you'll be there with other starters, but the coach who runs the workshops will give you advice and guidance tailored to your individual project.

- Wednesday 11/06/2025 from 09:00 to 13:00: The BMC workshop will help you structure your ideas, define and analyze your project and build a commercial strategy.
- Wednesday 11/06/2025 from 13:30 to 17:30: The financial plan workshop will give you the tools you need to quantify your project.
