The Brussels Centre for Intercultural Action (CBAI) seeks to promote initiatives that enable individuals and groups to build joint-action and life projects.
With the aim of supporting community-based work, the Centre:
- Provides an online directory of associations in the Brussels-Capital Region.
- Helps with the drafting of articles of association for ASBLs.
- Helps with the processes of preparing local projects, particularly in the fields of communication and intercultural cohabitation.
- Designs and helps with projects by assisting in the preparation of grant application files and by establishing links with the funding bodies.
- Organises networking events for associations.
- Organises information and training sessions: administrative and financial management of an ASBL, history of social movements in Belgium, introduction to the Belgian institutional landscape, etc.
