JUMP offers women practical tools to accompany them in the realization of their professional projects and supports the organizations and companies that wish to promote more gender equality.

Jump's main missions are :

• The organization of events destined to boost women's careers and promote gender equality in the work place.
• Organizing workshops in a company
• The exchange of good practices about equality between men and women in the workplace
