La Smala offers all companies the opportunity to begin their impact journey with a "Strategic Pyramid" mission, starting with the entrepreneur's raison d'être and defining and implementing a 5-year impact vision.

La Smala offers entrepreneurs a business and impact self-diagnosis tool in the form of a Compass. It is suitable for companies with more than 5 FTEs.
