POSECO is a not-for-profit association founded in 2003 which supports societal entrepreneurs and promotes entrepreneurship generating a positive social and environmental impact.

We support and help these entrepreneurs through different stages of their project thanks to several support services.

Thanks to a one-day workshop, entrepreneurs can reinforce their ecosystem by targeting a resource person who will respond to an objective or need within their business.

Your business check-up

The SCREENING analysis tool is based on a discussion with the CEO, leading to a recommendation for your priorities and an action plan to be carried out in the short and medium term for the business. This dialogue enables an external point of view to be brought both with regard to the business and to the personal aspirations of the entrepreneur in order to clarify the true challenges which the business faces and suggest priorities to be implemented.  

Customised coaching

The OPTIMIZER programme helps the societal entrepreneur to pass a milestone thanks to personalised and individual monitoring over three months by supporting the entrepreneur in setting up priorities and a defined action plan together. This programme enables the entrepreneur to renew his or her motivation with the aim of ensuring the durability and growth of his or her business.
