Volta is a sectoral (joint) organisation serving the companies and workers of joint sub-commission 149.01.

Services

Volta is the joint sectoral organisation for the electrical engineering sector.

Companies and workers in the sector, as well as teachers and trainers who train future electrical engineers, can contact Volta.

Volta pays the supplementary allowances, sectoral pension and year-end bonus to the workers in the sector.

We support companies and their employees in preparing for the challenges of tomorrow by offering and subsidising training and informing them about new technologies and regulations.

Volta is the link between government, education and business to ensure that enough young people choose a profession in the electrical engineering sector and have the expected necessary skills.

In short, Volta is committed to supporting every aspect of the electrical engineering sector in a sustainable way.

Companies, workers in the sector, as well as teachers and trainers who train future electrical engineers.

Volta provides trainings on:

  • Charging stations,
  • BA4,
  • Grounding diagrams,
  • Basic knowledge of residential electricity (for electrical engineering companies and technical schools).
