hub.info is celebrating its 15th anniversary! Since its launch in 2010 under the name 1819, the service has adapted to economic and technological changes while navigating several major crises. Thanks to a robust partner network, hub.info has become the go-to access point for all support services—public and private—available to entrepreneurs and self-employed professionals in the Brussels Region.
When it first launched, the 1819 helpline was staffed by just two advisors taking calls on a landline. Fifteen years later, hub.info has grown into a team of eleven versatile experts answering more than 8,500 requests each year—by phone, email, online or in person.
In total, over 137,000 tailored responses have been provided, reflecting the central role the service plays in an increasingly complex entrepreneurial landscape.
A clear mission: ensuring every founder, self-employed professional or SME manager has rapid access to the information they need.
