The building and energy sectors account for over 36% of CO₂ emissions in Europe. They are also central to multiple societal transitions: climate resilience, energy security, housing affordability, and social inclusion.
Yet, most conversations still happen in silos. Corporates build. Start-ups innovate. Investors finance. Public authorities regulate. But how often do these actors actually sit together – to confront realities, align ambitions, and build mutual trust?
At Be Impact, we believe collaboration is the missing piece of the puzzle.

- Introduction by hour host Accenture
- An opening word by Be Impact on why these cross-sector dialogues matter – and why now
- A sectoral keynote by ALTEO group, exploring the multiple challenges the building & energy sector is facing today
- A strategic panel on residential decarbonization, one of the most urgent and complex transformations requiring multi-stakeholder cooperation
- Followed by three rotating discussion groups (30 minutes each), where participants will deep dive into the key dimensions of the challenge – technological solutions, funding mechanisms, and social engineering – while networking in an informal setting
